The living entity can never become God. The living entity has his perfection. His perfection is a perfect servant of God. That is the perfection of the living entity. And the perfect servant of God is unlimited. He is so unlimited that Srila Prabhupada describes in Caitanya Caritamrita that a perfect servant of God can sometimes do even more than God.
