I also have seen examples where the managers tried to designate as counselors only those devotees who are completely submissive to the management. You have to be careful of that too, because then devotees who have some differences of opinion won't trust the counselors. It is good to have counselors also who are not part of that management system, who are independent thinkers, but strictly principled.
