If you have a very stable foundation, you can put a lot of weight on it and build on it. But if you don't have a strong, stable foundation, no matter how much weight you put on top of it, eventually it will all crumble. There should be stable ashrams for our counselor system. That is the standard also in Radha Gopinath Mandir. Everybody is situated in a stable ashram. They are either married, or strict brahmacari, or they are elderly and retired.
