You should establish regular meetings with your counselees, and you should establish a basis for meeting, not only to discuss the devotees themselves, but to have philosohpical and enlivening discussions about both the philosophy and practical aspects of Krishna consciousness. If the meetings are always about the devotees themselves, the meetings may become stagnant, since there may not be that much change from one meeting to the next. Therefore, there should always be some kind of Krishna conscious discussion.
