We should be very careful to not develop the mentality that, in executing our service and instructing others how to cooperate, that getting them to cooperate my way is the right way. We have to remove that ego, that false identity of possessiveness that "this is my way". That is the main obstacle in engaging in devotional service. This is the main source of conflict in the material world - "I" and "mine".
