The consciousness one must be in, while performing the service of inspiring others in Krsna consciousness, is as a disciple. This is not just something practiced. It has to become realized. It begins by practicing. But by practicing, gradually if we always force our mind to that state of consciousness, then by keeping ourselves in that state of consciousness, as a subordinate, the potency of the parampara will come through.
