Love can only exist when Krishna is at the center. Love can only exist when we serve others, when we see that by serving others we are serving Krishna. When we associate with each other in a loving way, it helps us to remember Krishna. That is what actually attracts one devotee to another devotee. That is because Krishna is at the center.
